This morning on my way to school, 3 of these gentlemen who work for the company were kind enough to notice my car had a flat tire. They patched it up and put air in it and I was good to go. Im very thankful these guys were nice enough to take time out of their day and help me out! I appreciate it!

This company was such a pleasure, they assisted me with finding a new radiator for my husbands bobcat skid-steer. They corresponded with me via phone and email to be sure that it was the right part that he needed. Their customer service was phenomenal and their product was of great quality. If they don’t have the part you need, their engineering team can manufacture it! I 10/10 recommend this company for any of your heavy-duty equipment needs!

I've been using them for years, spent 10s of thousands of dollars over the years but not ever again. I ordered a radiator today from a guy named Bob, the same radiator I've ordered the last 3 times but this time there was no hardware kit. I called Bob back to let him know and see if I could get one and he immediately tells me this radiator doesn't come with a kit. I told him the last 3 I ordered did come with them and that this one was missing. He then told me he didn't known how because this was a new radiator and the box was never opened even though the box was clearly taped shut meaning it had been opened. The box was opened in front of his driver to make sure it was the right part. He made me feel like he was accusing me of lieing or something. Then Bob proceeded to tell me he would try to find a kit and that he was short drivers and would attempt to get me the hardware kit...when I expressed my concern that they would not deliver the parts I ordered he became loud and even more argumentative with me so I ended the call and my business relationship with this company. Very poor customer skills and will short you the parts you payed for and need to install the radiator.
